Christmas Market

Every year since 1949 the courthouse is lit up the day after Thanksgiving, but this year the Courthouse Christmas Lighting Committee and Santa have decided to come down to the District instead due to the construction at the courthouse.

The Canal Market District will have a Christmas Market with crafts, food, Christmas trees/greenery, and more starting at 4pm. The Courthouse Lighting Committee will have a music program, a sing-along, and a special "red white and green" fireworks show. Of course, Santa Claus will also be making his appearance during the festivities!

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at our outdoor market please click here. We will release full line up of market vendors, food vendors, and musical acts as the date approaches!
